This intervention program for shop floor Operators is specially designed for them to inculcate constructive and responsible leadership qualities, values and ethics, discipline, punctuality, empathy for fellow workers, teamwork and positive attitude to live a happy, fulfilling life.

IGET/IPGT

(Indo Schöttle Graduate Engineer/Post Graduate Trainee Program) Every year, the company inducts groups of fresh Engineering and Management graduates with an aim to groom them to be the future leaders of ISAP.

ISTDP/ISLDP

(Indo Schöttle Talent Development & Leadership Development Program) Focused on development of key managerial talent; the objective of these programs is to impart knowledge, behavioral competencies and leadership skills to middle to senior levels of managers.

    QUALIFICATION: B-Tech in Metallurgy

    PREFERRED AGE: Around 34 to 40 Years

    WORK EXPERIENCE: Min 12 to 18 Years

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Furnace design & controls
    • Various Heat treatment process like case, Induction, vacuum Hardening etc.
    • Different grades of raw materials and surface treatment process, familiar with national/international standards
    • Production planning, Shoop Flor management
    • Furnace capacity calculation , process cost calculation & Monitoring, time study & MIS etc
    • Heat treatment Fixture Designing & Management
    • Metallurgical Lab related activities
    • Various Quality tools (4M, 7 step etc) FMEA, Control plan continual improvement, loss identification, data analysis, waste management , 5 S, kaizen etc
    • Destructive and non destructive inspection of various ferrous as well as Non ferrous material grades
    • TS19649, AS9100, 1400 & 18001 standards
    • CQI 9, CQI 11 as well as NADCAP for HT as well as various NDT techniques, surface treatments.
    • Should be familiar with maintenance activities of Sealed Quench/ Mesg belt furnances.

    JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT:

    • An added advantage for knowledge of vacuum Heat treatment / Surface treatment like plating, shot peening, blackodising
    • SAP, Ms office, Good Communications Skill Manpower control/ training
    • Should have good communication skills
