Indo Schöttle facilities include 18 acres of carefully landscaped area with 8500 sq. meters of built up shop floor.

Our installed facilities include a Sealed Quench Gas Carburising-Hardening Plant, a well equipped Tool-Room and state of the art metrology labs. It is also installed with Compressed air. We have in house Heat Treatment facility in the form of a continuous carburising and hardening furnace. We have capability to do case hardening as well as direct (through) hardening work

Preservation of our environment is important to us. As you drive in, you will have ample opportunity to observe rice fields, well maintained fruit trees and carefully landscaped surroundings designed to maintain ecological balance around the area. We have planned adequate water supply for this purpose.

Safety is paramount and we make sure that all measures are taken to ensure prompt action in case of any system failures.

All equipment, layouts and processes have been designed with safety in mind. Our uniforms, aprons, safety goggles and equipment are compulsory in the workplace.

However, in the unlikely event of any outbreak, we do have state of the art fire fighting equipment. We also have an on call doctor and an emergency vehicle with a driver available 24 hours.

Employees are also brought to work in a bus and dropped off after work, so fatigue due to travel is minimized.
